Autism Parenting Support Group

We are so excited to be hosting a monthly Autism Parenting Support Group here at YCP.  If you are a parent or a caregiver of a child with Autism this support group is for you! We are so excited that Heidi Borden and Ashley Wade will be facilitating!

Heidi Borden is a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, as well as being a clinically licensed clinician in New Mexico and Texas. Heidi has worked with individuals diagnosed with Autism for most of her 20 year career as a counselor. She served on multiple autism diagnostic teams in the state of New Mexico prior to moving to Texas in 2022. One of her passions is to celebrate the unique differences in people as well as helping them build their best possible lives. Heidi brings humor as well as thousands of hours in interpersonal neurobiology training to her sessions.

Ashley Wade is a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Texas. Ashley is an Autplay Therapist who was worked with neurodivergent children and their parents for over 7 years. Ashley enjoys helping parents and children grow together to create an unbreakable bond and connection.
